2019 Tempurpedic Mattress Reviews

If you are looking for information on Tempurpedic mattress reviews, take a few minutes to browse our 2019 report and analysis. You’ve no doubt heard of the nearly ubiquitous mattress company. In this guide, we’ll take a look at their current lines and how the products are faring across several categories.

But in case you’re short for time, here’s a quick summary of what we found:

Tempurpedic helped invent the memory foam mattress market. They rose to tremendous success…and then it looks like they got complacent. Because today you can buy a mattress with better foam for 50% — or more! — less than what Tempurpedic charges.

Tempurpedic still makes decent beds. But a few common issues hurt their customer satisfaction. Heat, odor, and feeling “stuck” are three of the biggest complaints they get. And newer memory foam bed brands have found ways to fix these problems.

Amerisleep (our choice for top mattress brand in 2019) is just one example. Their Bio-Pur® foam is five times more breathable to keep you cool and comfortable all night. And it’s 10 times more responsive, so you don’t feel stuck if you move around. Plus Amerisleep foam comes partially from plants, so it doesn’t have any bad odor.

So while Tempurpedic is still a good mattress brand, the market has changed. Now you have better options available. Don’t take our word for it, though. Keep reading to see all the facts we pulled together to make our decision.

The Rise of Tempurpedic Mattresses and Memory Foam

Tempur-Pedic, for the most part, led the way in initiating the memory foam bed market. Headquartered in Lexington, Kentucky, the company launched in 1992 under the name Fagerdala World Foams. Following a name change and a buy out of Sealy in 2012, Tempur-Pedic transformed itself into one of the largest bedding companies in the world.

Their target market is the mid to luxury range of mattresses, sorted primarily into three lines: Tempur-Contour, Tempur-Cloud, and Tempur-Flex. Tempur-Contour is firm and contouring, Tempur-Cloud is soft and supportive, and Tempur-Flex is adaptive and responsive with a springier feel. In addition to memory foam, some of their mattresses now include air and springs. This comes as a response to competition from other hybrid brands.

Tempurpedic has sold many of mattresses over the years, transforming itself into a household name in no small part due to their extensive marketing campaign. Their higher prices, in the $2000 – $5000+ range, put them in competition with other mid- to luxury brands such as Serta iComfort as well lines like Duxiana or Hastens. However, in customer satisfaction, less expensive brands such as Amerisleep and BedInABox actually do better than the mattress giant in terms of comfort, cooling, and especially value.

Tempurpedic Mattress Reviews Summary

The high price tag of Tempurpedic mattresses often proves prohibitive for most shoppers. This company has always offered mid-luxury to luxury level mattresses, charging 20%-50% more than mattresses from other retailers with similar owner satisfaction and specifications.

The best memory foam mattresses, in general, have customer satisfaction rates of 80%, and Tempurpedic is just slightly above that at 81% according to independent review website Sleep Like The Dead. The brand reports higher average reviews closer to 88% on their own website.

For the most part, Tempurpedic mattress reviews rate above average in lifespan, owner satisfaction, and support. The company’s reputation is good overall. Where people tend to knock Tempurpedic is on price, off-gassing, heat retention and ease of movement on the beds.

They also do not disclose important product specifications on their mattresses that most consumers are concerned about. We couldn’t find information about the composition of their fire barrier and foams, for instance. Information on foam density and layer thicknesses, or the specifics of what makes “Breeze” materials different from regular also prove scarce. Thus, customers looking to avoid harmful chemicals or wishing to cross-compare value with other brands may find it difficult to make fully informed decisions.

Here is a complete breakdown of the positives from Tempur-Pedic Mattress Reviews, followed by a full analysis of the negatives:

Positives from Tempurpedic Mattress Reviews

Owners prove as pleased with their purchases as most memory foam mattress owners. These mattresses rate higher in some categories than others. In this section, we’ll highlight the positives of Tempurpedic mattresses.

Lifespan

The brand has been changing their mattresses a little every year recently, so information on long-term use isn’t widely available for the newest lines. Available information suggests the beds have a lifespan similar to their older models, which is about seven to eight years. The average mattress lasts about 7 years, so there are no significant problems here other than some reports of premature sagging (about 1 in 10 owners, versus 1 in 5 for innersprings).

Availability

Availability is no issue within Tempurpedic mattress reviews as you can find them in their many retail partners or from their website. In the showrooms, you might find a higher pressure sales situation, as the salespeople typically receive commissions for sales, however, pricing is standardized so you’ll likely pay the same no matter where you buy.

Guarantees

Tempurpedic beds come with a 10-year warranty and a 90-day trial period, although there is a $175 shipping cost tacked onto returned mattresses. These terms could vary by distributor, so it is best to check the specifics when shopping.

Overall Satisfaction

On average this brand rates on par with other memory foam mattresses in owner satisfaction with above-average reports of pain reduction, even for those who sleep on their sides, and better sleep. Like we mentioned before, Sleep Like the Dead reports that the average memory foam mattress gets 80% satisfaction. And they say Tempur-Pedic comes in at 81%. If price weren’t in issue for many consumers, satisfaction rates could be higher since price is tied closely to satisfaction.

Negatives from Tempurpedic Mattress Reviews

We’ve heard the good things, now let’s take a look at the not-so-good things.Affordability seems like the biggest negative for Tempurpedic mattresses, But, reviews also reveal higher than average complaints of heat trapping, off gassing, mattress weight, and the duration of the initial break in period.

High Price

Tempurpedic mattress reviews include the highest rate of price complaints of any other mainstream mattress brand. Having a high price creates big expectations in customers, and if unmet, people feel less satisfied. The high price is also not an automatic guarantee of quality or satisfaction, either.

For example, Tempurpedic beds average between $2500 and $4000 for the middle of the line models and get around 80-85% satisfaction. Mattresses with similar specifications and sometimes even better reviews can be found for much less. For example, Amerisleep memory foam mattresses cost on average $1,300 for a queen. That’s more than $1,000 less than Tempur-Pedic. But their customer satisfaction is 98% – a full 17 percentage points higher than Tempur-Pedic.

Difficulty Moving & Feeling Stuck

Tempurpedic mattresses hold above-average rates of difficulty in moving or getting off the bed. Essentially, thick layers of dense, temperature sensitive memory foam create a stuck sensation in which the memory foam near your body softens, while the surrounding foam stays firmer. People who switch positions frequently or are weaker report the most difficulty moving. Lower density foams or temperature-neutral foams receive fewer complaints here as would the Flex collection due to the underlying springs.

Heat Retention

10% to 14% of Tempurpedic owners report uncomfortable heat retention with the worst being the Contour and Cloud lines. This is the highest of most other mattress brands, with women reporting the problem about twice as often as men.

Tempurpedic has introduced a Breeze line with more breathable covers, but there doesn’t seem to be a significant difference in reviews. And, the Breeze features also come with significant price increases over the standard non-Breeze models.

Offgassing Odors

Offgassing is reported by nearly one in five Tempurpedic owners. This proves higher than average for both memory foam and other types of beds. Some mattresses produce a chemical odor as a result of the manufacturing and packaging processes. These chemicals can be a problem for people with sensitivities. Tempurpedic beds tend to have higher than average complaints here.

Customer Service

It appears many Tempurpedic customers feel the company doesn’t provide adequate support. We received dozens of comments on this post from people saying they are Tempurpedic customers. Many of them report that their warranty claims were denied for unfair reasons and other customer service issues.

Part of the problem could be Tempurpedic’s distribution model. In most cases, they don’t sell their mattresses directly to their customers. They get delivered to a retail store, like Mattress Firm or Sleepy’s, who then sells the bed to the end user.

But that often creates confusion. The customer doesn’t know whether they should bring up a problem with the retail store (Mattress Firm, etc.) or with Tempurpedic (the product manufacturer). And it creates an easy “out” for both parties. Because the retailer can blame the manufacturer, and the manufacturer can blame the retailer, and they can send you in circles until you give up.

Lack of Specific Details

Tempurpedic does not disclose important information about the contents of their mattresses. Fire barriers may contain toxic chemicals to meet industry regulations or use safer methods. However, this is undisclosed by the brand. Breathing some chemicals found in these barriers or more chemical-laden foams might harm your health. With no information on what these mattresses contain, ingredients in the foams, or ingredients in the fire barrier, researching proves difficult if you are sensitive or worried about exposure.

The lack of details in foam thickness and density prevent accurate comparisons as well. Since density is a significant measure of quality for foam beds, there is no way to tell how the value compares. Not having these details also makes it difficult to predict things like durability and potential comfort, since ideal thickness and firmness of layers varies for different sleep positions and body weights.

This table shows a list of the mattress lines currently offered by Tempurpedic arranged by price in ascending order. Mattresses ratings come from both independent sites Sleep Like The Dead (S) and the Tempur website reviews (T) for two perspectives. How the Tempurpedic Mattresses Stack Up

These beds all received pretty similar ratings, coming in around 3.5 to 4.5 out of 5 on Tempurpedic mattress reviews on their website. Some do stand out above the rest, however.  The Tempur-Flex Elite ($3599), Temper-Cloud Lux ($3999) and Tempur-Contour Rhapsody Lux ($3799) achieved the highest average scores. (The Breeze models are newly redesigned, so they lack the quantity of reviews required to make an accurate assessment.)

Top-Rated Models

Despite a significant departure from Tempurpedic’s core line, the innerspring hybrid Flex collection is rated the highest as a group. The Flex Prima is the cheapest of the top finishers which makes it arguably the best value Tempurpedic has to offer.

Among the memory foam beds, the Cloud Prima seems to offer the best mix of value and satisfaction. The Contour Elite and Cloud Luxe came in second and third, respectively. Many cheaper mattresses from other brands rate as good or better, however.

Many beds in the line receive complaints about being too firm. The higher rated models tend to be plush or med-plush mattresses. This is something to consider when picking a bed.

Also, note that the more expensive “Breeze” models tend to rate worse than the standard models. This could be due to limited comfort difference in contrast with the large $1,000 price difference. The brand does not detail what justifies the massive increase, either.

Should You Get A Tempur-Pedic? Our Recommendation

Only if you have thousands of dollars to spare. And even then, we think you can get a better mattress for much less from Amerisleep. We mentioned before that they’re our top mattress brand for 2019 — and for good reason.

Their Bio-Pur® foam and HIVE® transition layer both beat Tempur-Pedic’s foams.

Bio-Pur® is open-cell foam. So like we said earlier, that means it stays cooler and you won’t overheat. Plus it bounces back faster, so you don’t feel “stuck” if you move around at night. And best of all, Amerisleep makes Bio-Pur® in part with plant-based material, so it’s better for the planet and doesn’t get the bad “memory foam smell.”

Their HIVE® layer is clinically shown to reduce pain-causing pressure points by 49%1. The HIVE® pattern is firmer under your head, lower back, and legs to give you more support where you want it. And it’s softer under your shoulders and hips to give you more cushion where you need it.

Amerisleep goes beyond using better foam, too. They also have a cover with a fabric that the FDA determined promotes more restful sleep2. And people can tell the difference. Because 98% of Amerisleep’s customers would recommend their beds to a friend.

But if you get an Amerisleep over a Tempur-Pedic, instead of paying more for better quality, you actually pay less. Because Amerisleep sells directly to their customers. They don’t use distributors, who charge big markups to make money and can pass the savings to you instead. You can get a queen AS1 by Amerisleep for less than $1,000. Most Tempurpedic beds cost at least twice that much.

So if you can get a mattress with better materials for half the price, we think you should do it.

We spent $4500 on a mattress that could not withstand the duration of the warranty. Our mattress lost its firmness, which is the only reason we made the purchase, within 6 of the 10 year warranty and we are extremely disappointed that Tempurpedic has denied our claim. They are saying we are making a comfort complaint because they cannot physically see the defect even though they will tell you that they accept written descriptions of mattress defects that cannot visibly be seen. When you go to make a purchase of this price with Tempurpedic please understand that there is a very good chance the length of quality will not last. I encourage those of you desiring a quality mattress to spend your money else where.

I am in so much pain sleeping on my bed! I can barley get out of the bed. I called the company to file a claim. They are making me upload pictures and invoices and want me to take a picture of a ruler and a quarter laying in the bed. I said mam I’m not the size of a quarter!!! I’m 180 pounds. I just had a baby. I’m in so much pain. I thought it was just from being pregnant but nope 4 months later after baby and it’s worse!! They sure make you go thru loops. I still don’t even no if an inspection will get done. By the sounds of it she wouldn’t explain anything to me. She just sat there saying I’m so sorry. Tells me she isn’t even sure if there is someone to be able to inspect it after all. This bed was $5000!!! And that’s just for twin xl!! We bought 2 separate beds equaling 10000!!! And this is the thanks and help you get!!!! I will never purchase anything Tempur-Pedic again!!!

Keep on them I too was denied a claim and called and called they finally gave me a “courtesy” one time only replacement of the same mattress or a credit of what I paid. I have the same problem mine was sagging on my side only they said it wasn’t sufficient for the warranty at a 1/2 inch but at least they are replacing it once. I wont even think about spending my money with them again.

I had the same problem. The mattress formed a soft spot where I lay and it had a 1″ dip even when I was not in the bed. This met the requirements (after 10 pictures and 12 phone calls) and they did offer a replacement mattress. They delivered it, put it in my mattress cover and left. Felt good a first but a couple of months and the same things has started. I went to get the information off the tags and they are not there…..they sent me a used mattress. When I called them they said I should contact the carrier that delivered it, was not there problem. I have never dealt with a worse company.

We purchased a King – Flex Supreme Breeze in November of 2017. The mattress is a hybrid with coils and memory foam. It is intended for back and side sleepers. My wife had two back surgeries so we decided to spend the extra money for a Tempurpedic. My wife is a back sleeper and I’m a side sleeper. So we thought this mattress was a great match for us. Unfortunately, the mattress delivered was much firmer than the Flex Supreme Breeze mattresses we tried at four different retails stores.
I could not sleep on my side without shoulder pain. We know it took time for the mattress to break in. We had 3 months to exchange. This was not long enough for us to make a decision. This mattress helped my wife with her back problems so even though I was not happy with it being too firm, I waited it out as she was doing good. After a year, the mattress is exactly the same firmness as when we received it. I cannot sleep on my side without shoulder pain, tossing and turning all night.
We reached out to Tempupedic and filed a warranty claim as our mattress is nothing like the Flex Supreme Breeze mattresses in stores, even after one year. Unfortunately, Tempurpedic denied our claim. Stated that Tempupedic has the right to deny claims based on Comfort Preference. This is not a comfort preference. The mattress is not, in any way, what we purchased or similar to the Flex Supreme Breeze in stores. I would love if our mattress were as comfortable as the ones in stores
I do not have another $4,600 for another mattress. We were hoping Tempurpedic would stand with us on customer satisfaction. My wife and I married 8/2017 and I have recently slowly been sleeping in the second bedroom on our old mattress. After a year of marriage, we should not be sleeping in different bedrooms

I recently purchased the Tempurpedic mattress and in less then a week I called because I was very dissatified with the mattress. I literally feel I am sinking in the mattress. It is very uncomfortable. I called customer service, but nothing was accomplished because they claim nothing is wrong with it. Where is the customer satisfaction? Don’t recommend it at all!!!!

I purchased this bed after being assured by their customer service representative the all the noise about the mattress killing you with heat. Since I purchased this bed in 2012 I have called tempur to complain and ask for some relief. they of course put me through the third degree and refused to exchange it. Since the purchased in 2012 I have not slept on this bed. The bed now emits a rotten odor and tempur still refuses any assistance, this $4000.00 fraud.

I’ve been a customer of Tempurpedic for several years, while the mattresses are excellent the financial services are not. I bought a mattress in July, the amount was taken out of my bank account when I wanted the financing. I called about this issue, my financing account with Wells Fargo was set up and I was to receive a refund. I was told it would take 14 business days, it’s been a month and i still haven’t received my refund. I’ve called 5 times, every time I was told that I should receive the refund within the next few days and nothing. Apparently it was an issue with Wells Fargo and I should receive my refund within 7 days…I’ll believe it when I see it. This is the last time I’m purchasing from Tempurpedic.

We just got a Flex Supreme Breeze 3 mos ago…the first month I disliked it, it felt Cold and hard…BUT, after 2 mos now I LOVE it. Guess it “broke in” or something…now it feels like the model in the store it’s not super firm anymore and Tempurpedic said in the winter, if you keep your room super cool at night as we do (60) the foam feels harder, the warmer the room the softer they feel so as of mid May, room temp more like 68-70 it feels great; love it now and I sleep mostly side and stomach but watch TV for hours on my back…it feels wonderful

Latex interchangeable layers is the way to go
Tempurpedic is a horrible company with such bad reputation
People like me got so sick in their matress and they said that we don’t know how to choose the right mattress. Instead of helping a costumer and given the right product they blamed us the clientele and that is because they don’t have good matresses neither they have educated sales reps

I was repeatedly told that Tempurpedic warranty was Superb Good Luck I have been trying for one month to have the company come look at this mattress
Best mattress ever for 4 years
Now we have sagging issues. Big Time and took all kinds of pictures. Declined the warranty even before they had the pictures
Am going to The Better Business Bureau soon and the Facebook Social Media Soon
So Very Very Frustrated especially when you spend almost $4000

The Tempur Pedic Mattress manufacturing company was acquired by Tempur Sealy International, 2445 Technology Forest Boulevard, The Woodlands, TX 77381. President & CEO: Scott L. Thompson.
We purchased our ‘top of the line’ original and superb; Tempur Pedic King Mattress in 2008. We found some sagging after 10,years of continuous use which detracted from its great comfort and so we requested Tempur Pedic to replace it under its 20 years warranty.
I cannot express how extremely disappointed we are with the replacement Tempur Pedic ‘top of the line’ mattress we were sent! Other than the brand name, it bears zero resemblance in neither quality nor function to the original mattress it replaced! It is a shoddy, fifth-rate copy that disgraces the reputation of the original mattress line – yet still offered at a high retail price.
BUYER BEWARE!!!!! There are other mattresses similarly-priced that far exceed this junk in quality and comfort! Do not fall for their marketing ploy, which trades on the brand name and former glory of the original superb product line!
Two letters I sent via courier service to the president of Tempur Pedic International were returned unanswered – which really quantifies and demonstrates their lack of concern and zero respect for Tempur Sealy customers.

I just hung up from Tempurpedic company. The loops they make you go through just to get an inspection is insane. It’s like they don’t want you too!!! They asked that I put a ruler on the bed and a quafter and take a picture. I said mam I’m 180 pounds I’m not the size of a quarter. I still don’t no if I will get an inspection. They are very hard to communicate with. This bed that I purchased was 5000 and that was just twin XL. All together for our king was 10000!!!! I am soooo upset. This bed is killing my back every night. I have a feeling I will never receive help from this company. They make it really really hard too!!!

We bought a Cloud Supreme in 2014. It developed sags. After submitting photos showing the sag and sending copies of the purchase information our warranty claim was denied.
They said that softening was “normal”. This is not honoring the warranty. We will never deal with Tempurpedic again.

I would not recommend tempur-pedic. The customer satisfaction is very poor. If your deciding to purchase the bed or pillow make sure your willing to lose money and never get it back espically when it start hurting your back. Tempur-pedic will just take your money and never get you the satisfaction you deserve. “As stated in our warranty certificate, Tempur-Pedic reserves the right to deny a warranty request for the following reasons:
    Comfort preference.
Failure to prove a valid warranty defect.
So if your not comfy deal with it I would never buy again.

Purchased the Cloud Supreme Breeze in 2014 for over 3000$. Last coup,e of years we both Experiencing back stiffness from sleeping on this mattress! The entire bed feels soft and does not provide adequate support. It is obvious the memory foam is failing. My wife and I are both light in weight so I can imagine how this bed would hold up for a heavy person. And the guarantee for 90 days is terrible considering failing mattresses often occur after 3 months. We were scammed by this piece of crap. Never again.

I agree, exact same for us, I spent $6500 ($4700US) NZ dollars on my bed and 3 years later it is crap. My T3 is constantly out and I went away for 3 weeks sleeping on some questionable hotel beds and my back came right.

Well I would like to say my Daughter bought a tempurpedic cloud supreme in 2012 and the smell was atrocious when they delivered this piece of foam that cost 3,000 with tax and the 100.00 cover. It took days to air it out ( it did not look like what the salesman showed us in store which he said it would be the exact same thing we were looking at minus the base) and 2 years ago we called back the company because it was starting to bubble on the side even though we flip it every 3 months. He said just keep flipping it that was all they could do about it. I asked him about the warranty and he said it doesn’t fall under it. My response was what the heck does. I can’t believe this company or Temperpedic themselves don’t care enough about the problems with their product. Needless to say I am letting anyone I know not to purchase, it’s a big RIP off.

I bought a Contour and it was so hard that my shoulders were hurting in the morning. We let it gass off for a week and I was able to sleep in it. They happily exchanged it for a Flex Hybrid 2 months later. My problem is the gassing off of the new mattress. After a week of fans on the mattress and open windows I tried to sleep on it. Woke up with sinus congestion, sore throats and now my lungs are irritated. Still sleeping in a recliner for another week but the smell is still quite strong. I read the “Flex”, has more foam. I love the Flex but wish I had bought something else. I heard the room needs to be warm to help the gassing. It is winter and the room is cold, maybe that is why it’s taking so long. Anyone else have this problem?

I bought a Temperpedic queen bed set in 2009 and after a few years it started sagging. We filed a claim but they didn’t want to make it right. I talked to the owner of the store where we purchased the set and he stated they won’t do anything and suggested we rotate the mattress. Will never buy a Temperpedic again.

TEMPUR-Contour Elite Breeze – The worse bed I ever owned. I could not use the bed for 7 months because of the terrible chemical odor. Breathing these chemicals might harm your health. I was sleeping on a recliner for 7 months. Now that I am sleeping on this bed, the top mattress keeps moving to one side and I can not move it back because it is too heavy. I have to pay a handyman to come and move the mattress back in place. The massage is not a massage. It is a vibration. If I turn it on, can not be set higher than 4, otherwise makes a terrible noise that would not let me sleep. Don’t waste your money. It is too expensive. It is not worth it.

My husband and I purchased a Grand from Tempur in 2009 for about $11000 with the bases. It was a glorious bed for about four years. At the end of the fourth year however, we contacted Tempur because the bed was so soft and saggy. We submitted pictures and our invoices as well as the registration information that they already had on file and it took them about six weeks to replace the mattress. We immediately noticed that the new mattress had problems as the men who arrived with their “white glove” service, had snapped all the threading on the top of the mattress by folding it in half to get it up the stairs into our home. That one was replaced immediately. Move forward to today. For the last three months or so, I have been washing and washing our bedding and deodorizing our house and our room in particular as there was a lingering, musty, old oil type smell. When I finally removed the protective pad from our bed, I found a strange yellowish color leaching through the mattress everywhere that the layers were sewn or glued together. That was where the fun just began. When I phoned Tempur I was informed that the company I had to go through was Tempur Canada since the company was now two branches. I was then also informed that the Canada side of the company had changed over their data system in 2014 and they had no warranty or registration information anymore. Further to that, they informed me that Tempur Canada was not carrying the “Grand” anymore as it was not selling well in Canada and they had made the decision to discontinue it. I questioned how it was possible for a company to sell a bed with a 25 year warranty and then basically tell a consumer to get stuffed because they didn’t carry that particular model anymore. Here we are six weeks of pictures, emails and phone calls later and on February 1st, I received an email saying that Tempur US had decided to replace my mattress and protector and that Tempur Canada was trying to figure out the logistics of bringing the bed up. (Seems pretty simple to me, put the bed in the back of a truck going to a retailer in western Canada that sell the Tempur product…) When I didn’t hear anything further from the company, I phoned yet again. I have now received an email saying that they are reneging on the replacement bed and that they now want an inspector to come to my house. We’ve also noticed and been told that less and less retailers are willing to carry the Tempur product because of odor, off-gassing and mould issues. This is of particular concern to us as we have a child with sever asthma. I am soooooooo done with this company!!! I sleep in a bed that stinks, is changing color and is completely sagging from a company that refuses to honour its warranty and would rather mess consumers around for months than shoe any level of integrity. Save your money and effort and find a company with integrity!!!

bought a temper-pedis mattress from them with the adjustable base, only to find out the queen size mattress doesn’t measure out to be a 60by 80 in mattress! it is only 58by78 and you would not think it a big deal ! but when i purchase another queen mattress to be used by us at my daughter house . I found there to be move room for my husband and I . the second one was a beauty rest from another store. so I measured the beauty rest and then went home and measured the temp-pedic to find it was off by 2 inches all the way around . so they won’t replace it because temp-pedic said sometimes they can be shorter as long as they don’t sag. so now I have a mattress that is short in the frame and crowed to sleep on ,if I hadn’t have bought the other mattress I would have thought it was my imagination, so before you buy ask if it can be shorter than60-80 and measure it when u get it home. I am very unhappy as these mattresses are not cheap and the cheaper one I bought is bigger and more comfortable for both of us to have room in. if you pay for a 60-80 inches mattress thats what you should get!!! Especially with the prices they charge and then neither will stand behind the measuements very frustrating and not a cheap lesson to learn that you need to measure furniture when u get it!!! Does anyone measure the mattress you buy or even a couch ??? Never again ,I will measure everything !! thanks for your Help Darvin for not standing behind measurements when its right on the tag of the mattress to be a 60-80. but its only 58-78.
